A3 WALLET · UPDATED 9 OCTOBER 2026
Privacy Policy
Your account. Your information.
About this notice
A3 Wallet is powered by BrazHelp Solutions. Brazhelp Solutions Ltd is the operator identified in our existing legal materials and the controller for A3 account and support information. This notice describes the A3 website, Web/PWA wallet and native A3 Wallet apps that display the hosted wallet. Contact support@a3wallet.com about your information.
Account and authentication
When you sign in, Privy processes authentication information for the sign-in method you choose, such as your email or linked sign-in account, a user identifier and linked wallet identifiers. A3 uses the authenticated session and wallet mapping to display the appropriate account. Verification and session data are handled by Privy and your selected sign-in provider. Never send us a password, private key, recovery phrase or verification code.
Wallet and transaction information
A3 reads public blockchain addresses, balances, token holdings and transaction records to display your portfolio and activity. Transaction preparation uses recipient addresses, amounts and network information. Signed transactions submitted to a network become public records. A3 and its infrastructure process requests needed to deliver these features; a public address can become personal information when linked to you.
Technical information and storage
Vercel hosts our website and wallet. Hosting and network providers process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser/request metadata. Privy also processes device/operating-system/browser information, IP-derived approximate location and service usage/referrer information for authentication, security and service analytics. The native shell does not request GPS, camera, microphone, contacts or advertising-identifier access. A3 adds no advertising SDK or cross-app advertising tracking. The wallet uses authentication/session storage and a service worker that caches application assets for the PWA. Remote font requests contact Google Fonts. See our Cookie Policy for storage and browser controls.
Service providers and enabled features
The core wallet uses Privy for authentication and embedded-wallet services, Ethereum RPC services for blockchain reads and submissions, Etherscan for activity where configured, and CoinGecko for prices. Requests to blockchain providers include relevant addresses or transaction data; price requests identify assets. Vercel provides hosting. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
Tron and excluded features
Tron uses TronGrid for account, token, transaction and network-resource reads. Embedded Tron wallet creation is initiated explicitly by the user. Tron Send uses live preflight and resource checks before signing and submission. Buy through Transak and Ethereum Swap through 0x remain hidden. They are post-launch development only and are not part of Release 1. A3 does not collect Buy KYC documents or payment-card information, handle fiat funds, or act as a crypto seller in Release 1. If Buy is enabled later, its provider may request identity, payment and compliance information directly. Any activation requires updated disclosures and review of provider data flows.
Support, purposes and legal bases
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to provide. Account and wallet information is used to provide the service you request; technical security information helps protect the service; support information is used to respond to you. Depending on the processing, the applicable basis is performance of our service agreement, legitimate interests in security and support, or a legal obligation. Where consent is required for optional processing, it must be requested separately. We do not ask for sensitive wallet credentials in support messages.
Retention and deletion
Information should be retained only as needed to provide the service, resolve support requests, protect security or meet applicable legal obligations. Account records are kept while needed for your active account; support information is kept while handling your request and any applicable justified retention. Provider logs and archived wallet records have separate lifecycles. On a verified deletion request, we process our records and request applicable provider deletion, normally within 30 calendar days; we explain any lawful extension or retention. We do not promise that an authentication-account deletion erases a provider’s archived cryptographic wallet or public blockchain records. Request account and associated personal-data deletion through Account Deletion. Any necessary legal retention will be explained. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by A3.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Contact support@a3wallet.com; we may need to verify account ownership safely. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk or your local supervisory authority.
International processing and updates
Service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider arrangements must be considered for those services; contact us for details. We update this notice when the product or its data practices change. This notice does not imply store approval.
